Books can be purchased using all major credit cards.  If your company achieves at least $500 in annual sales, you qualify for credit on net 30-day terms (If approved you must pay in 30 days from the date of invoice).  Shipments will be withheld on past due accounts.  No credit will be extended on eBook purchases.  All eBook licenses must be bought with a credit card.

eBooks are delivered through a link allowing for the licensed number of downloads.  One password will unlock all eBooks.  eBooks are NOT to be distributed outside the licensing parameters.   

Sales tax is applicable in the states of- CA, CO, CT, IN, MA, MI, NJ, NY, and TN, and in Canada.  If your business is tax-exempt, you must supply a tax-exempt code.  There is no sales tax applied to eBooks.

Shipping and handling is charged on all orders and is not discounted.  We meet deadlines.  When ordering you are asked for a ship-by date.  The faster you need your books, the more expensive shipping can be.  Please allow the appropriate time to minimize this cost. 

Returns for account credit are accepted on books that are accompanied with an invoice and are still in salable condition.  The value of credit is determined by the corresponding invoice.  Credit is applied on the next order after a credit memo is issued.  eBooks are non returnable.

Damaged or mis-shipped books will be returned to the warehouse free of charge.  To arrange for free freight return call customer service within 30 days of invoicing.
